Rice is not leaving West Ham - at least not according to the bookmakers
Hammers believe they can tie England midfielder to long-term deal and their confidence is backed up by the odds on him staying at the London Stadium.
Declan Rice has long been linked with a move away from West Ham United this summer, but the Hammers are confident of keeping him.
The midfielder, who played a key role in England's brilliant run to the final of Euro 2020, has emerged as one of the most wanted men in the Premier League.
West Ham are in no mood to sell and would want over £75million, but that has not put off the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea from being in contact.
However, it is understood the Hammers are battling to tie Rice down to a new long-term deal and are hopeful that he will sign a new contract.
And bookmakers share West Ham's confidence that Rice will still be at the London Stadium when the transfer window closes.
West Ham are rated at 4/6, which is 60% probability that he remains. That still leaves an opening for the interested parties and the most likely teams to lure him away, according to the odds, are Chelsea and Man United who come in at 3/1.
Pep Guardiola's Manchester City are 10/1 shots.
Where will Declan Rice be next season?
To stay at West Ham 4/6
Chelsea 3/1
Man Utd 3/1
Man City 10/1
