Callum Hudson-Odoi is angling for the Chelsea exit as AC Milan show interest
Callum Hudson-Odoi appears keen to leave Chelsea as AC Milan come calling.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has reportedly opted to leave Chelsea amid increasing transfer interest in him from AC Milan, among others.
The winger was once considered the future of Chelsea's attack, but injuries and underwhelming performances have caused him to fall down the pecking order.
A disappointing loan spell at Bayer Leverkusen further exacerbated his situation.
Despite being only 22 years old, Hudson-Odoi has reportedly chosen to pursue opportunities elsewhere, although he has reported for pre-season training under new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Chelsea was already open to selling him as part of their ongoing fire sale, which has seen several players depart, including Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovacic.
Hudson-Odoi's contract has only one year remaining, and there is significant interest from multiple clubs, with Fulham, Nottingham Forest, and AC Milan among the potential destinations.
AC Milan have already signed Ruben Loftus-Cheek and are also linked with another Chelsea player, Christian Pulisic.
