Euro 2020: Harry Kane can overcome goal drought in style this summer

Harry Kane subbed for England vs Scotland
Harry Kane has suffered a disappointing start to life at the UEFA Euro 2020 tournament, but the Tottenham forward has proved before that he is able to bounce back in style.
The England captain has failed to even register a shot on target in the first two games against Croatia and Scotland, nevermind scoring as he searches for his second successive international golden boot award.
Having secured the award in the 2018 FIFA World Cup during England's run to the semi-final, many had hoped that the Spurs striker would continue his international tournament form as England looked to go one further.
However, Kane and co have not quite lived up to expectations thus far, often looking bleak in attack with Raheem Sterling scoring the only goal of the tournament in England's 1-0 win over Croatia.
Despite securing an impressive result over the 2018 World Cup finalists in the first fixture, Gareth Southgate's side were left frustrated as they were held to a goalless draw against fierce rivals Scotland.
Ineffective throughout the match, Sky Sports gave Kane the lowest match rating of the game with a woeful score of 3/10.
Described as undroppable, Kane has been subbed off in both games at this summer's tournament.Whether he is carrying an injury or is distracted by transfer talk, Kane looks a shadow of himself at the moment.

Whatever the problem though Kane has proven on multiple occasions that he can silence his critics with goals and we are backing him to bounce back.
Kane's August curse
In fact, it saw him pass 1,000 minutes of Premier League football in the month of August without a goal.
During Tottenham's first three games of the 2017/18 season which were all played in August, Kane was once again unable to get himself on the scoresheet.

A victory over Newcastle United had set Spurs up nicely for the season with goals from Dele Alli and Ben Davies. However, a defeat to Chelsea and a draw against Burnley saw Kane go three straight games without a goal..
Kane continued his form as he joined up with Tottenham for their Premier League fixture against Everton. Clearly with his barren run in August behind him, Kane added to his brace for England with yet another brace in a 3-0 hammering at Goodison Park on September 9, 2017.
A man now in form would silence his critics even further just days later on September 13, 2017, as Tottenham faced Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League. One of Kane's finest performances for Spurs saw him guide his side to victory over the German giants with yet another brace.
Kane finished the 2017/18 season as the Premier League golden boot runner-up behind Mohamed Salah, and was able to beat off competition from the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Antoine Griezmann for the 2018 World Cup golden boot.
