Five Euro 2020 stars we would like to see in the Premier League: Isak, Schick...

Highlighting the European Championship standouts who could make a splash in the top flight.

Euro 2020 has seen a number of individuals light up the competition and that can only mean one thing - agents' phones are ringing red-hot.
From Sweden's star striker to Italy's midfield general, Planet Sport takes a look at five players from the European Championship that we would like to see in the Premier League.

Alexander Isak - Sweden

The Solna-born striker attracted a lot of interest with his performances for the Sweden team.

Despite failing to score in the tournament, Isak showed he is more than capable of leading the line thanks to his scintillating skill and all-round hold-up play.
Still only 21, Isak is already being touted as a future world-class striker.
Isak currently plies his trade in La Liga with Real Sociedad where he has gone on to become a breakthrough star and boasted an impressive goal return last season with 17 in 34 appearances.

The Swedish striker has previously been linked with a move back to his former club, Borussia Dortmund, as a replacement for Erling Haaland.

There is no doubt both Chelsea and Manchester City are after a striker this summer, with both declaring an interest in Haaland. However, it could be Tottenham where he is the better fit, especially should Harry Kane be lured away.

Manuel Locatelli - Italy

Goal celebration
Locatelli has been one of the standout performers of the tournament with his dominating performances in the heart of the Italian side.

Locatelli played a huge part in Italy's first two group games due to the absence of veteran Marco Verratti, slotting in alongside Jorginho and Nicolo Barella as the midfield trio dominated proceedings against Turkey and Switzerland.

The Italian even chipped in with two goals in his side's 3-0 win over Switzerland, with a fine finish from outside of the box putting the game to bed.

Substitute appearances in the shootout wins over Austria and Spain have helped Roberto Mancini's side into the final and a big move looks to be on the cards this summer for the 23-year-old.

Currently at Sassuolo, Locatelli has been heavily linked with a move to fellow Italian side Juventus. However, a move to the Premier League could be too good to turn down.

Liverpool have been touted as a potential destination for the midfield maestro following the departure of Gini Wijnaldum to PSG. Locatelli would be a perfect replacement and a great investment for the future.

Denzel Dumfries - Netherlands

The right-back netted two goals, one assist and two man-of-the-match performances from full-back as Netherlands strolled through the group stages before crashing out in the round of 16.

A modern-day full-back, the 25 already has a number of clubs circling for his signature.
Dumfries currently plays in his home country with PSV Eindhoven but is sure to have his head turned this summer.

A potential Premier League destination could be with either Everton or Arsenal.

Both clubs will be looking to climb the table next season after below-par campaigns and a marauding full-back would be just what the doctor ordered.

Robin Gosens - Germany

Gosens was a standout in a disappointing Germany side thanks to his energetic performances and eye for goal.

Germany started the tournament in underwhelming fashion, succumbing to defeat against reigning world champions France in their opening game.

A 4-2 win over Portugal in one of the games of the tournament briefly offered hope for Joachim Low's side and it was Gosens who provided the spark.

Playing as a wingback, he proved a nightmare down the left, with his lung-bursting runs producing a goal and an assist to guide Germany to victory.
This goalscoring threat isn't new, either, as he has often found himself on the scoresheet at domestic level for Italian side Atalanta.
Gosens is entering his prime at 26 and so a summer move is a distinct possibility.

A potential destination could be Leicester City, who are still looking for an able replacement for Ben Chilwell on the left.

Gosens would be an excellent option, with his versatility and quality allowing them to plug that oh so small gap to the top four that they are currently 4/1 to make.

Patrik Schick - Czech Republic

The striker made a name for himself at the very early stages of Euro 2020 with his strike against Scotland.

His 50-yard screamer was, in fact, the longest goal ever recorded in European Championship history.

Not only can Schick score the sublime, but he was also the main source of goals for the Czech Republic.

Having bowed out with five, Schick only sits behind Cristiano Ronaldo at the head of the scoring charts due to the Portuguese veteran's one assist.

His natural finishing ability is up there with the best so it would be surprising to see if he doesn't get linked with a number of clubs this summer.
Schick currently plies his trade for Bayer Leverkusen but, at 25, could be ripe for a Premier League switch.

West Ham United are a potential destination following their brave assault on the Champions League places last term.

The Hammers are looking to maintain their momentum and joining fellow countrymen Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal in London would ensure a smooth transition for the striker.
