Premier League Darts Night 10 tips and predictions: Luke Littler in trouble ahead of Manchester return

Luke Littler at Premier League Darts
The Premier League Darts roadshow returns to the English shores this Thursday night as the AO Arena in Manchester plays host to the tenth night of action on April 10.
After winning back-to-back nights in Cardiff and Newcastle, the seemingly indomitable Luke Littler was finally stopped over in Berlin last week.
Chris Dobey was the man to hand his teenage rival a rare defeat, and things aren’t about to get any easier for Littler in Manchester.
The Nuke takes on Gerwyn Price in his quarter-final clash – someone he has lost against six straight times. What’s more, Littler comes into this game on the back of a shock first round exit at the Players Championship event on Tuesday.
The teenager is at serious risk of losing back-to-back Premier League quarter-finals for the first time in his career as he takes on last week’s finalist.
At 9/4, Price offers plenty of value to win this match and continue his fine run against the world champion.
If we had to pick one man to keep a close eye on, it has to be Stephen Bunting. The Bullet not only picked up his first Premier League match win in Berlin, but he also claimed the whole night too.
If that wasn’t enough, the 40-year-old took home the International Darts Open title over the weekend, beating the likes of Luke Humphries and Nathan Aspinall on route to his second piece of silverware in a week.
At 10/1, there is plenty of value to be found in Bunting going all the way in Manchester.
The Bullet and Humphries will go head-to-head for the third time in seven days when the pair meet in Manchester’s quarter-final. The winner of that match will go on to face the winner of Littler v Price.
The other side of the draw consists of the four remaining players yet to claim a night win this season. Nathan Aspinall takes on Rob Cross while the aforementioned Dobey meets Michael van Gerwen.
The Dutchman missed last week’s trip to Berlin through a shoulder injury and is currently experiencing a serious dip in form.
MVG was dumped out in the first round of Tuesday’s Players Championship event, and he doesn’t exactly exude confidence at this moment in time. With that in mind, we’re backing Dobey to beat the Green Machine at a tasty 11/10.
