The weather looks set fair for summer afternoon racing at Lingfield on Tuesday, July 23 and the Planet Sport tipsters have lined up some big winners for you to feast on.

14:00 (Lingfield) Felicity

It is not too difficult to make a cogent case for Felicity in the opening Get The Inside Track With raceday-ready.com Fillies’ Handicap.

A 350,000 guineas buy on behalf of the powerful Wathnan Racing team at the Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up sale, the daughter of Blue Point has so far only hinted at ability, but looks well placed to come good.

Fourth on her introduction at Nottingham in May, the William Haggas-trained filly has since been narrowly denied twice at Bath and now enters the handicap arena for the first time with a mark of 67.

She has a nice draw in stall three and with James Doyle in the saddle, a bold bid is anticipated.

15:00 (Lingfield) Flicka’s Girl

Flicka’s Girl is back on an artificial surface for the first time since her introduction and a mark of 75 for her handicap debut looks fair.

Hoornblower is well fancied to make it back-to-back wins over the course and distance in division two of the Download The Raceday Ready App Handicap.

Denis Coakley’s chestnut bolted up here off the back of a 277-day break late last month and the handicapper may have been lenient in handing him just a 5lb rise.

16:00 (Lingfield) Marayel

Sixteen-race maiden Marayel was denied clear passage here fourteen-days ago only to fly home with an eye-catching display just missing the placings. Bold bid is a distinct possibility up in trip.

Two-time course and distance winner Forever Proud nearly made it three when a close runner-up here earlier in the month and will be in the mix.

Other threats come from Daphne May, who brings four victories in this grade and is attractively treated on figures, and Sunset in Paris, who is two from three when tackling track and trip.

16:30 (Lingfield) Red Treasure

In an open-looking handicap, it could be worth taking a chance on Red Treasure who sprung back to form in first-time blinkers finishing second tackling the trip at Nottingham.

Delta Legend returned from a short break for a new yard recording his second course and distance success prior to placing under the same conditions and should be feared.

King Of Scotia took advantage of a big drop in weights when a Brighton winner three-runs ago. Runner-up here attempting the journey in latest and should be thereabouts.
