(Please be aware selections could become non-runners after article's first publication)

16:40 (Kempton) Military Leader

Buick and Appleby teamed up for a four-timer at Yarmouth on Wednesday and their well-bred Dubawi newcomer MILITARY LEADER (9) may have what it takes to be debuting with a win.

Newcomer ORNE (10) is a Gosden-trained son of Acclamation. Commands respect representing notable connections.

GRAND KARAT (7) finished a good third over 7f at Haydock on second outing and looks the pick of those with experience. Market support behind Night Of Thunder colt IMPERIAL GUARD (8) on debut would be interesting.

17:15 (Kempton) Age Of Baroque

Much like in the first division of this contest it could pay to side with a Charlie Appleby-trained newcomer in AGE OF BAROQUE (1) who is a son of Lope De Vega. Holds plenty of appeal on paper and can provide a winning start.

EULACE PEACOCK (5) left his debut effort behind finishing runner-up over course and distance recently. Obvious danger.

CHRISTIAN DAVID (2) would have to be taken seriously first-time-out if strong in the betting. CITY OF DELIGHT (3) makes the shortlist.

17:45 (Kempton) Whispering Words

WHISPERING WORDS (1) may take plenty of stopping. The Charlie Appleby trained filly did well tackling this trip at Newmarket (July) in early August and can give away the penalty.

Gosden trains the duo VENUS ROSEWATER (10) and VELVET CRUSH (9) who rate as chief dangers with the former a decent second over course and distance last time and is preferred to the latter mentioned now wearing first-time cheekpieces. Newcomer SUMMER OF LOVE (8) requires a market check.

18:15 (Kempton) Olympic Candle

Form of OLYMPIC CANDLE (1) debuting with a third at Newbury took a boost when the winner followed up among Listed company subsequently.

The colt comfortably went a couple of spots better at Ascot next-time-out and there could be plenty more to come from this son of Profitable. May give weight away all round.

A wide draw will not make things easy for SEAX (9) but nevertheless he cannot be ignored after a pleasing debut second over 6f at Ascot last time.

DEBORA'S DREAM (3) was denied a neck at Salisbury three weeks ago. Might also feature prominently. JUNGLE MAC (6) heads the remainder.

18:45 (Kempton) Rajindri

RAJINDRI (5) looks steadily progressive and the Tom Clover filly can follow up a course and distance success recorded a month ago.

The unbeaten PRIMEVAL (6) narrowly landed a Windsor novice contest under a penalty last time and is taken seriously now going up to 7f on handicap and AW debut.

VERMILION (2) hasn't been seen since winning a Newmarket (July) maiden tackling this trip almost a year ago. Must be respected now handicapping. Another to note is WILD SIDE (1).

19:15 (Kempton) Born Ruler

BORN RULER (2) finished behind WADACRE GOMEZ (6) at Chelmsford earlier in the season. Looked a different proposition winning comfortably over 1 ¼m at Sandown last time and is taken to score under a penalty.

The latter mentioned delivers his first outing since that Chelmsford success and cannot be ruled out.

Market will guide on PINK JAZZ (11) chances having won attempting 1m here when last seen in February. Stablemate JACK SPAROWE (5) requires consideration.

19:45 (Kempton) Dee’s Dream

With a nice draw in stall six and an unexposed profile attempting 1 ½m DEE'S DREAM (6) looks capable of defying a penalty carried for scoring by 4.5L at Brighton recently.

The wide draw and return to AW pose questions for NIVELLE'S MAGIC (1) who arrives in top form following wins in this class at Salisbury and Ffos Las. Cannot be ignored in current condition.

SILVER BUBBLE (4) finished third over course and distance last-time-out and could be in the mix. TRUSTY SCOUT (7) drops in trip and is only 3lbs above his last winning mark.

20:15 (Kempton) Sympathise

SYMPATHISE (1) was on a roll until finishing sixth over 7f at Chepstow. That was possibly one race too many in quick succession for her. Received a break since and it wouldn't surprise were she set to bounce back with first-time tongue-tie fitted.

EL HIBRI (12) went down by a head in a 6f contest at Windsor and holds strong claims having changed yards subsequently.

BUNGLE BAY (10) is a two-time winner attempting this journey and needs to be included after a fair fourth tackling 5 ½f at Bath in latest. Place claims go the way of DIAMOND DREAMER (11).
