Travelled strongly throughout when continuing his progress with a two length success at Fontwell in latest and is hard to oppose.
Weaver's Answer returned from a long break to readily open his account at Uttoxeter. Might have more to offer attempting this longer journey.
Cawthorne Cracker kept on well winning twelve days ago at Exeter and could make his presence felt representing in-form yard.
Lady Gwen reappeared following wind surgery finishing runner-up at Worcester and will be in the mix.
15:00 (Exeter) Snipe
Snipe is the pick in the Paul Ferguson’s Jumpers To Follow Best Mate Chase Handicap Chase.
A winner and placed twice from six attempts over hurdles, Dan Skelton’s inmate already looks like being a better horse over fences judged on his successful chasing bow at Southwell three weeks ago.
The six-year-old met the bang-in-form Swapped at Southwell and accounted for him fairly readily in the end, suggesting a 6lb rise is not beyond him.
16:00 (Exeter) The Imposter
The Imposter has not missed the frame in eight starts since being fitted with this combination of accessories winning six times.
Up in grade but no reason to think he cannot continue his progression.
Itso Fury landed two small field hurdling contests last season and reappears following a fifth of fifteen effort in a better race at Haydock during April.
Boasts an impressive first-up record and must be respected.
Goshhowposh placed twice from three maiden hurdle runs and is feared on handicap and stable debut.
Gentleman Valley found success three times tackling this trip and rates an obvious danger.
17:05 (Exeter) Caustic
Caustic is the son of three-time G1 winner Galileo representing a trainer who has recently found form.
He is likely to prove popular in the betting and a bold bid is anticipated
French raider Sorceleur maintains a decent profile and makes the shortlist for the Paul Nicholls and Harry Cobden combination.
Marrakushi rates as the son of Irish legend Dubawi and could have a say in the outcome.
Half-sister to some decent performers Mapogo cannot be ruled out.
