MAIORI (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths into seventh. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. ACIREMA (4) finished 7 lengths adrift in eighth last time at Toowoomba in a disappointing performance. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. CLEARLY GEORGE (6) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on August 15 finishing seventh and beaten 12 lengths over 7f at Gatton. Has found the right race and is worth including. SNEAKY STARTER (5) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 4f at this track, beaten just one length. Finds a nice race and can keep improving.
