GOATS ON OATS (2) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 7f at Hamilton, finishing fourth and beaten 1.2 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. TREASURE 'N' BLOOD (13) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she was never in contention over 7½f at Mornington, beaten 2.5 lengths into sixth. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. STATESMANSHIP (9) has not won for a long while. Last raced on October 12 when beaten 1.4 lengths into fifth at Hamilton over 7f after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot return to winning ways. DANTE'S PEAK (10) ran below expectations last time at Gunbower, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
