WARMONGER (1) looks the obvious in the opener. He has to give the field 13.2lb each but is coming off a listed win at Flemington and rates highly even with the 9st6lb. He'll have no issue with the extra trip and will take beating again. UNQUESTIONABLY (3) might be the big improver. He was an expensive type who proved too strong in a 1m1 1/2f Gosford maiden at his second start. In the right hands and can measure up. SENTIMENTAL FLAME (2) was sound behind Air Assault at Morphettville last time out with that form working out quite well. Fresh for this but better for the run at 1m1f. HYDROGEN POWER (4) broke through for a smart maiden win last time out and should relish the rise in trip now. Should be in the finish. DESERT ANTHEM (6) best of the rest.
