JET EMPRESS (12) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 4½f at Muswellbrook, scoring by 2 lengths. Open to plenty of improvement and is clearly the one they have to beat. BRIEF STATEMENT (7) was in the money two starts back at Dubbo but couldn't back it up last time when seventh, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Canberra over 5f. The engagement of William A Stanley is noteworthy. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. CHAMPERS GIRL (11) is back at the races for the first time since November 14. Scored over 5f at Queanbeyan at the start of last prep. Makes plenty of appeal. BEAU FACTOR (17) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on September 3 finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths over 4¾f at Moree. Definite top-three chance.
