CITY LEADER (5) stepped out on his debut over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf) three weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Fitter and the blinkers come off. Expected to be in the finish. MODICA (4) returns after ten weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a ninth over 1m at Kentucky (Turf). Rates highly and is a strong chance to break through. MORTAL SIN (2) could only manage fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten only 1.3 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SASSE'S CLASS (3) went forward last time and looked a chance on the corner but weakened to finish fifth over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf). Among the better chances in what looks a nice race.
