SIERRA DEE JAY (14) stepped out for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing fifth at Bendigo over 6½f, beaten 4 lengths. Can improve sharply and may be worth following up. ALCOSHARE (1) has registered three minor placings from four runs this campaign. Turned in another good effort last time out when second over 5f at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. ALMOST ARTIE (13) raced once in the maiden campaign when sixth at Ballarat Synthetic over 5½f back on July 16. Expected to be right there at the business end.
