SECRET CHORD (4) ran well below his best last time over 5½f at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth at 11/4. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will give a great sight. WHAT A TIGER (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Must raise the bar but he has the talent to test this line-up. SAKHALA IS'CATHULO (8) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Turffontein Standside, finishing fourth and only 2.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 5f. Facing a tougher assignment but he is capable of running a bold race. THE NAVY LARK (2) lines up on the back of a 2.75 lengths fourth over 5f at this track. Reunites with T Mayhew who is yet to miss the top three from four rides, including two wins. Has definite claims.
