VAGABOND SHOES (1) returns from a lay-off of 11 weeks and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished sixth at Del Mar (Turf) over 1m when when resuming last time in work. Makes plenty of appeal in the new surrounds. KID MARVELOUS (8) was comfortably accounted for when eighth last time out over 6½f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Perfectly placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. CHITWOOD (6) broke through for his maiden win over 6f at this track (Synthetic) last time, scoring comfortably. Shaping up nicely and he should be in the finish again. LIBERTANGO (5) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 11 lengths into fourth. Capable of featuring prominently.
