HAIR TRIGGER (3) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth over 7¼f at this track. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. SPY STORY (4) is a six-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 6 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Vaal. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time. HONG KONG LUCKY (5) is a three-year-old gelding on debut by New Predator from Little Sparrow who has in turn produced the winner of a black type. Looks set to make a positive start to his career despite an awkward gate.
