DRANG A TANG (2) has plenty of early speed and has led up in his last two starts. He was only caught late last time out and should be at his peak fitness now. He has a good gate and can take them all the way this time. On top. MY SPY (4) showed potential in some handy fields as a juvenile and would have matured over his recent spell. He has had a recent trial to help prepare him for his return and is expected to be very hard to beat. THE INFLICTOR (5) won a trial prior to a good run on debut at the Sunshine Coast, where he finished third. He is nicely placed in this after a two-kilo claim and should be right in the finish again. KEYBOARD (6) ran on gamely to finish runner-up over 870 metres here when resuming three weeks ago and looks to be better placed over 1200 metres. She has a tough draw but only needs some luck to figure in the finish. She won't be a maiden for much longer.
