VAN MEIJEL (2) turned in a strong performance when resuming when in the money at Vaal but disappointed last time when sixth, beaten 8 lengths, at Turffontein Inside over 7¼f. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. STREWN SKY (5) resumes from a lay-off of six-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 7¼f at Vaal. Bold showing expected. AND ACTION (1) has not appeared since he finished 11th over 6f at Vaal on September 28. Strong top-three chance. GREEN FAME (6) returns after three-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 5¾f at this track. Solid top-three hope.
