RED BOMBER (8) fought on for second last start over 7f at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Has the pace and draw to take up a good early position. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. TIRPITZ (9) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by a head over 7f at this track. Will be better for that latest run and this looks well within his grasp. FUNKY MUSIC (5) is racing well, scoring in a at Vaal before finishing 1.3 lengths from the winner in second last time over 7f81yards at Vaal. Change of rider to P Mxoli who has an excellent strike rate when in the saddle, including three wins. Has winning claims on best figures. BACK IN BUSINESS (7) finished second last time over 6f at Vaal when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 3.5 lengths. Is yet to be beaten in two starts here. In the right race and is worth serious consideration.
