QUINTECENTS (8) finished fourth last start over 4½f at this track (Dirt) after racing on the pace for much of the way. Well placed and expected to feature. COLONEL PUNCH (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Arapahoe Park, beaten 17 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the bend. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. APLOMBADO (1) settled well back last start and never threatened when 18 lengths from the winner in fifth over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. SCOPELLO (9) returns after a lay-off of eight months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5f at Zia Park. Lines up. For the first time for trainer antonio soto. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
