TEAM CONCEPT (2) could only manage fourth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m at Fresno, beaten only 0.3 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. FAT AND FURIOUS (4) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing second and only 0.1 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m after being in contention on the corner. Has started seven times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. HURRICAIN HUNTER (5) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 7½f at this track. Makes plenty of appeal. BADGER KITTEN (7) comes here off a break of nine weeks. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 1m at Canterbury Park. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
