VALENKI (7) finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in sixth last start over 7f at this track, an improvement on his when resuming eighth at this track the run before. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. ZOUHOPE (10) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage fifth over 1m at this track. Look for a better run this time out. VANCOUVER BAY (4) scored a 1.75 lengths win on turf at this track two starts ago. Followed up with a minor placing on dirt at Oak Park over 1m two weeks ago. Has a win and three minor placings at this journey from six starts and is a key contender.
