PLUCKERCARN (7) surprised many last time when a close second over 1m at this track. Sure to go well again. MONASTERY (1) settled towards the tail then wound up strongly to finish 2.25 lengths away in second when resuming last start over 7f76yards at Bowen. Will be a major player again. CALDANTE (5) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 1.4 lengths over 6½f at this track. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. FORSETI (2) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1m at this track, beaten only 1.3 lengths. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
