LET'S RIDE (9) scored last start by one length at this track over 6½f. Has a strong record this course, scoring at two of four starts. One of the major players. DAWN STRIKE (11) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start when he did his best work late but found a couple better over 7f at this track, beaten only 1.3 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. SEALION (1) did a great job to score by 2 lengths over this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the key runners. COUNTER COMMAND (2) improved sharply last time out to score by a long neck over 6¼f at Cairns three-and-a-half weeks ago. Solid top-three prospects.
