CRAZY MIKKI (2) is a two-start maiden who placed on debut then could only manage ninth last start, beaten 5 lengths over 5f at Hawkesbury. Goes back from a wide draw but will wind up late. Expected to prove tough to beat. LA PELAGO (5) is still a maiden after eight starts. Could only manage to finish sixth last time out over 5½f at Wyong following a minor placing at Dubbo when fresh from a lay-off the run prior. Likely to be about the money. HAPPY CAPPY (7) returns after six months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a ninth over 6f at Wyong. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. OAKFIELD PEEWEE (1) is back after a break of five months. At the last run before the layoff he finished ninth over 1m at this track. Looks up to the mark following a trial win at Wyong. Has ability so don't underestimate.
