BAILE FERVOR (1) recorded his first win last start over 6½f at Echuca, getting home by a nose. Can go right on with the job now. CEEJAY (2) finds it hard to win with three victories from 33 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when ninth over 5f122yards at Kyneton, beaten 7 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. CRAZY SHERIFF (13) strode forward early from her wide draw last start over 7f at Echuca only to fade late and finish seventh. Must be included among the main hopes. JACKIE MOON (5) was prominent at the bend and finished second last start over 7f at Echuca, beaten half a length. Will benefit from that outing. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
