LATIN LYRIC (6) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when seventh, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 1m1 1/2f at Canterbury. Has the ability to figure prominently. ROSE BETWEEN THORN (11) scored at her most recent appearance, getting home by a nose over 7f at this track. That continued the solid form this campaign, with two wins from five outings. Big chance once again. MORE FOR US (5) accounted for a maiden field over 1m at Tamworth last start, finishing a nose ahead of the nearest rival. Mikayla Weir was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. This is tougher but he cannot be underestimated. VOLFONI (8) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to just miss when second over 6f125yards at this track. Will be running on late again.
