MASTER SHOWMAN (1) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Stuart Kendrick yard. Finished off last campaign with a fourth at Warwick Farm six months ago. Fitter for placing in a Sunshine Coast Inner Track trial and looks well placed. Key chance who will go close. SHOT OF WHISKEY (2) was prominent throughout when winning fresh over 5f at Toowoomba. Generally goes well here. Expected to be in the finish. REMLAPS ANGEL (13) is a strong fresh performer back after a break of five-and-a-half months and looking to emulate her win at Ipswich to kick off the last campaign. Ran fifth in a trial at Deagon over 5¼f recently. Winning chance while fresh. LUVARCHIE (5) was in contention on the bend and finished second last time over 5f at this track, beaten a long neck. Nicely placed to go one better.
