PORT MOURANT (5) has missed the frame at his last couple of outings, the latest when 4 lengths back in fifth at Eagle Farm. Sure to appreciate the easier company and deserves another chance. TAVISTORM (6) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1m2f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SHADYVALE STORM (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1m1 1/2f at Gold Coast Poly after being prominent at the corner. Nicely placed to take this out. SIR LORD (3) finished a 8 length 11th when resuming last start over 1m1f at Eagle Farm. Generally goes well with that run under the belt. Can do better this time.
