IOANE (12) accounted for a maiden field over 7f at Sunshine Coast Poly last start, finishing 1.5 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Cody Collis was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Capable of taking the next step. BASSAC LANE (1) clung on to finish second last start over 6f at Ipswich, beaten a long neck when resuming. Nicely placed to find winning form. PROUD WITH PRIDE (11) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when tenth in a 7f contest at Tamworth five weeks ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. HALF CROWN (4) ran below expectations last start, finishing 12th and beaten 9 lengths at Ipswich over 6¾f. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
