OUTWEIGHED (12) is a distance specialist who bounced back last start and landed the prize by a long neck after being in the firing line on the turn as public elect over 5f at this track. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. KOOLED (9) finished 5.5 lengths back in 11th over 5f at this track last time out after a gutsy win the start prior. Rates highly and expected to go well. HAKKAI MARU (13) stalked the pace when resuming at this track and trip last start then worked to the line steadily to finish second. Has a strong record here at this journey with three wins from five runs. Fitter and can improve. RELIABLE RUBY (7) proved too strong two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when ninth over 5½f at Gold Coast, beaten 5 lengths. Well placed and can make amends.
