BURNT BY BERNIE (1) pushed forward to lead when resuming last time and boxed on to finish 0.8 lengths away in second over 6½f at Sunshine Coast. Fitter and suited up to a distance where he is proven. Top chance. NEVER GIVE UP (2) came from well back score narrowly last time out over 7f at Sunshine Coast. Race fit and suited up in trip so should be winding up late again. PORKY (5) was an easy Toowoomba winner in a then led over 1m1/2f at Ipswich last time and stuck on for second. Can feature again. HAPPISBURGH (7) is hard to knock with two wins and two placings from his last four outings. Must respect.
