SYRIAN STAR (4) failed to live up to market expectations last start when out of the placings over 1m at Tamworth, beaten 6 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SMART SHOT (7) has registered four minor placings from seven runs this campaign. Turned in another good performance at his most recent run when second over 6f87yards at Muswellbrook. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
