ONE SMART COOKIE (4) is yet to break through after four career starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at this track two starts back before finishing seventh over 5f at Grafton last start. Among the leading chances. MCKENZIE (1) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was prominent at the turn before being beaten 13 lengths into 12th over 5½f at Warwick Farm. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. TRIPLE HELIX (11) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Jamie Stewart yard. Resumes after finishing 12th at Ballarat at her last run nine months ago. Ran fifth in a trial at Moruya over 4f130yards and is in a nice race. Can run a bold race.
