CORNELL (2) is racing well and has registered four minor placings in a row, last time out finishing third over 1m at Los Alamitos (Dirt) after being in the firing line all the way. Drawn for a nice run just off the speed. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. MYSTIC SPIRIT (7) missed the frame as favourite last time over 1m1/2f at Del Mar (Turf) after he had won three races on end. Blinkers come off now. Sure to go well. BRAZENLY (4) impressed last time with a 3.5 lengths win at Del Mar (Dirt) over this journey. Should be poised just off the lead. Winning claims on best figures. READY TO POUNCE (5) is having his first run since winning by 3.5 lengths three-and-a-half weeks ago over 1m at Del Mar. Has transferred to the John W Sadler stable over the break.
