Form here at the trip is sound with two wins and five minor placings from 10 runs. Among the leading chances. Multiple Group 3 placegetter VANZZY (3) improved last start to finish second over 1m at Del Mar after being prominent at the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. WHAT A DUDE (5) showed good pace over 1m at Santa Rosa (Turf) last time and went on to score by 0.8 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. MONTANA (7) was beaten 13 lengths into ninth over 1m at Del Mar last time out. Well placed to make amends.
