MACHA (9) finished just a head from the winner in second last start over 6f at Benalla after racing handy. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. HEFF (2) did a good job last start to finish second at Geelong over 7f136yards, beaten 1.5 lengths. Should be at his peak now. Facing a tougher assignment but should be in the finish. BLACKFISH (8) was never really a threat on debut last start over 7f at this track, finishing 8 lengths from the winner in sixth. Likely improver who shapes as one to consider this line-up. MISS PLAYLOUNGE (10) could only manage eighth on debut then improved last start but found a couple better over 7f at Pakenham Synthetic, beaten one length. This looks a good race for her so another forward showing looks likely.
