SLUG BUG (8) is a two-start maiden who was unplaced on debut then improved to finish third last time over 5f at this track (Dirt), beaten 3 lengths. Looks close to a win. BY REQUEST (2) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 18 lengths away in ninth over 7½f at this track. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish.
