NEW WEST (5) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished 5.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1m at this track after being in contention on the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. FLAT OUT FANCY (6) resumes from a lay-off of five months and is having her first outing under new trainer Jesse Oberlander. Finished eighth at Sam Houston Park (Turf) over 1m at the opening run last time in work. Sound top-three prospects. MYSTICAL CODE (1) failed to figure again last time over 7½f at this track (Turf), beaten 15 lengths into seventh. Cannot be left out of calculations.
