Group 1 placegetter MY FANCY CORONA (2) gave a great sight last time over 1½f at this track when he raced up on the pace and fought on gamely only to be narrowly beaten. Gallardo Javier Hernandez who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Well placed and should be in the finish. Group 2 placegetter FINN MCOOL (4) returned to winning form as favourite last start, scoring by 0.1 lengths over this journey at this track (Dirt). Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Definite winning hope. FLYING WRANGLER (3) is going well, scoring by 1.75 lengths two runs back at this track (Dirt) before finishing fourth last time over 1½f in Group 1 grade at this track (Dirt). Should be prominent from the low draw. Sure to be competitive. LEWS MUDDYBUDDY (5) scored last start in Listed grade at this track (Dirt) to make it two wins from two starts this campaign. Well placed in this easier race. Sure to be thereabouts.
