Going up a level this time but she is up to the challenge. VAQUERO (8) was below his best last time when tenth after being in contention on the corner over 7f at Dubbo, beaten 9 lengths. Steps up a level but he is good enough to turn things around. D'ORO CHOICE (1) was comfortably accounted for when fifth last time out over 1m at Dubbo, beaten 5.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. That followed a win at Coonamble at the previous outing. Must raise the bar but a better run will not surprise. KALPANA (3) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Dubbo over 1m3f. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
