NAUGHTY LOTTIE (1) is returning from a lay-off of nine weeks. Finished fourth at Fairgrounds (Dirt) over 6f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Steven Asmussen. Makes plenty of appeal in the new surrounds. CHECKCASHINGCONNIE (5) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations when resuming at this track (Dirt), finishing seventh and beaten 7 lengths over 6f. Finds a nice race and can make amends. VARTON (6) has been about the mark of late. Last time out was 2.75 lengths from the winner in fourth over 6f at this track (Dirt). Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Will give backers a great sight. DOCS SEVEN (4) ran below expectations last start, finishing seventh and beaten 7 lengths at this track (Dirt) over 6f. Well placed to turn things around.
