EXCESS MAGIC (6) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third when resuming last start over 6f in Listed grade at this track (Dirt). Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. TAPATIO LEO (2) turned in a fine effort to score by 1.75 lengths at this course and distance last time out to make it two-for-two this prep. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat again in this suitable race. DEVIL'S TOWER (5) was a winner over 5f in Listed grade at Delta Downs (Dirt) last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by half a length. Drops back in grade. Well placed and is one of the main contenders. SIR WELLINGTON (1) was in contention on the bend and finished third last start over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten 4 lengths. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. Eduardo Gallardo gets the best out of this six-year-old entire. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again.
