RIFEY (1) is back at the races for the first time since December 14. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6½f at Los Alamitos. Now under the care of new trainer Robertino Diodoro. Looks a winning chance. RAYMOND (3) finished fourth over 6f at this track (Dirt) last time out following a determined win two runs back. Should camp just off the leaders. Will prove tough to beat. CLASSIC KING (6) went forward when resuming last start over 1m1/4f at Fairgrounds (Dirt) and held on well for third, beaten 4 lengths. Going up a level this time but he is good enough to play a major role. CIBOLO (7) settled well back and turned in a sub-par run last time out over 6f at this track (Dirt) after a nice win the start prior. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can bounce back.
