TAIPAN LEGEND (3) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Dubbo then missed the placings last time when 5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5f at Scone. Well placed to make amends. GRANDINI (5) lifted strongly only to just miss when when resuming last start over 6f at Scone. Will take a lot from that hitout. Ready to go one better. TRUST A KITTY (9) was well fancied last start over 7f at Warren when third, beaten 2.75 lengths. Deserves another chance. HELPISONIT Set Weights AY (6) finished fifth over 6½f at Bathurst when resuming last start, beaten only 1.75 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Fitter and sure to run well.
