WORK HOME FRONT (6) was right in contention when they turned for home and kept finding to finish second last start over 5½f at York, beaten a neck when fresh from a lay-off. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she cannot be underestimated. HE'S ARCHIE (4) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on August 22 finishing eighth and beaten 5.5 lengths over 7f at Pinjarra. Expect him to play a major role. SIR BEAR A LOT (2) resumes from a lay-off of five-and-a-half months. Has filled a minor placing at both when resuming runs. Opened last prep with a third over 5f at Albany. One of the better prospects. INVINCIBLE POWER (1) last appeared on April 24 when a good fifth over 7f at Geelong, beaten 1.5 lengths. Has switched to the Rebecca Bayliss stable. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
