DAEDALUS (8) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish third, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 7f at Beaudesert. Has a decent record at this trip with six minor placings from nine tries and is a key runner. SPILL THE SECRET (2) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1.3 lengths away in fifth last time out over 6¾f at Ipswich. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. JIMMY NEUTRON (10) hasn't won recently but looks close to a breakthrough based on his last start third at Beaudesert over 1m1/4f when beaten 2.5 lengths. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Should be involved in the finish. INTROVERT (5) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 6 lengths away in ninth over 7f at Grafton. Well placed to make amends.
