MACHEN MAYHEM (4) was in contention on the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 6f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. PORTIA'S HOPE (5) finished fourth last time out over 6f at this track, beaten 1.1 lengths. One of the key chances.
