ICE FLOE (8) could only manage fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 7f at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BETSY IS THE CODE (1) is racing well on the dirt of late, hitting the frame in a at this track then improving to score at this track over 6f three weeks ago. In form and looks hard to beat again. WARRIOR EMPRESS (9) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at this track but couldn't back it up last start when seventh, beaten 24 lengths, over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. SILVER STICK STAIR (6) is a last-start winner over 6f at this track (Dirt), showing good early speed on the occasion and leading throughout to score by 0.1 lengths. Among the chances again.
